These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of JV Corner (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") once you create an account or otherwise use Platform features. By creating an account or using the Platform beyond joining the pre-launch waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

Joining the pre-launch waitlist by itself is addressed by our Privacy Policy, not by these Terms.

1. What JV Corner Is

JV Corner is a networking and introduction platform that helps real estate investors connect with potential capital, credit, operating, and future-project partners.

JV Corner is not, and does not act as, any of the following:

a lender or mortgage broker
a real estate broker
a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or securities platform
a crowdfunding portal
an escrow provider
a guarantor of any transaction
a verifier or underwriter of users, deals, or capital
a party to any transaction formed between users

JV Corner does not select, endorse, rank, recommend, or approve any lender, partner, or deal, and does not guarantee financing, investment returns, deal quality, partner performance, deal completion, legality, or financeability of any transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JV Corner. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including any claims about your capital, credit, funding ability, experience, completed transactions, property ownership, licensing or contractor status, lender relationships, or deal status. Unless a specific feature is explicitly labeled as verified, all such information is self-reported by users and is not verified, confirmed, or endorsed by JV Corner. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before relying on any information provided by another user.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

provide false or misleading information about yourself, your capital, credit, experience, or any deal;
represent that JV Corner has verified, approved, endorsed, or guaranteed any user, deal, or outcome;
post guaranteed-return, guaranteed-funding, or risk-free claims;
use the Platform to offer, solicit, or facilitate securities, lending, escrow, or brokerage services that require a license or registration you do not hold;
harass, defraud, or attempt to circumvent safety or moderation features; or
use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

JV Corner does not review or pre-approve deal or profile content before it is posted. Reported content is subject to the moderation process described in our Privacy Policy and internal community guidelines.

5. Matching, Requests, and Communications

JV Corner may allow users to express interest in deals or partners and to message one another once a mutual connection is formed. JV Corner is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any agreement, communication, or transaction between users. Any partnership, financing, or business arrangement you enter into with another user is solely between you and that user.

6. Partner Access, Subscriptions, and Billing

Certain features require a paid Partner Access subscription. Current pricing is $50/month, $135/quarter (equivalent to $45/month — a 10% discount versus paying monthly), or $480/year (equivalent to $40/month — a 20% discount versus paying monthly for a year). Pricing is subject to change before general availability.

How your payment is processed depends on how you subscribe. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. On iOS, Partner Access is purchased through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system, and that payment is processed by Apple. On Android, Partner Access is purchased through Google Play using Google Play's billing system, and that payment is processed by Google. JV Corner does not store your full payment card details in any case.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current price until cancelled.

Cancellation. How you cancel depends on which provider you subscribed through: web/Stripe subscriptions are cancelled from your account billing settings; Apple subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device; Google Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Google Play. In each case, cancelling takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep access through the period you already paid for. Deleting your account works differently: your access ends immediately, and, as described in Section 7, provider-side cancellation is handled differently depending on which provider you subscribed through.

Refunds. Payments are not automatically refunded. JV Corner may, at its discretion, issue a refund on a case-by-case basis if you contact support@joinjvcorner.com. Requesting a refund does not guarantee that one will be issued. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play may also be subject to that store's own refund process.

If a payment fails, your access may be limited until payment is resolved, consistent with the payment status shown in your account.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account ends your access to the Platform immediately. As part of deletion, we immediately attempt provider-side cancellation of any active Stripe- or Google Play-backed subscription. If your active subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple does not provide us a general mechanism to cancel it on your behalf — you will need to cancel it separately through your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting your JV Corner account still ends your JV Corner access immediately either way. Some records — such as message history retained to preserve other participants' conversations, reports and related moderation/administrative records, support requests, and billing records retained for accounting purposes — may be kept in de-identified or limited form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

JV Corner may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice where permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The JV Corner name, logo, and platform design are proprietary to JV Corner. You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"), including deal details, profile information, and any property or deal photos you upload. By submitting User Content, you grant JV Corner a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, resize or otherwise transform, reproduce as technically necessary, and display your User Content within the Platform, solely to operate the service.

You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use, any photos or other content you submit to the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JV Corner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of user-submitted content, or any particular outcome from using the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post material changes on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
