Delete Your JV Corner Account

Existing JV Corner users can delete their account directly from the JV Corner app. This page explains how, what happens when you do, and what to do if you can't access your account.

1. Delete your account from the app

  1. Sign in to JV Corner.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Privacy and Deletion, select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your password, then follow the confirmation step to finish.

Deletion takes effect immediately once you confirm — you're signed out right away and can't sign back in with that account.

2. Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your account, email support@joinjvcorner.com and let us know you'd like your account deleted. We'll follow up to verify your identity before completing the request. Please don't include your password, payment card details, government ID, or other sensitive financial information in your message — we'll never ask for those to process a deletion request.

3. What deletion does

  • Ends your access to your JV Corner account immediately.
  • Removes your public profile, deal listings, and partner listings from search and matching.
  • Anonymizes or removes your personal profile information as part of the deletion process.
  • May retain limited records — such as message history, reports, support requests, and billing records — where needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, billing/accounting, legal, or dispute purposes.

4. Deleting your account vs. canceling a subscription

Deleting your JV Corner account and canceling a store subscription may be separate actions. Billing options vary by platform:

  • Web/Stripe and Google Play subscriptions: as part of account deletion, we immediately attempt to cancel the subscription with the provider on your behalf.
  • Apple App Store subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through your Apple subscription settings — deleting your JV Corner account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
